Delete your Arzbin account

This page explains how to delete an Arzbin account created in the Arzbin apps for iOS and Android or on arzbin.com. The account is shared across all three, so one request removes it everywhere. Arzbin is operated by ARZNOVA, UNIPESSOAL, LDA.

Delete in the app

Open Arzbin and sign in.
Go to Settings, then Account deletion.
Type DELETE to confirm and tap the delete button.
Keep the receipt shown on the screen. You can use it to check progress.

Delete on the website

Can't sign in or no longer have the app?

Email [email protected]with the subject “Delete my Arzbin account”. Write from the email address on the account, or tell us the phone number you signed in with. We may ask you to confirm it is your account before we delete it.

What is deleted

Your account and profile details (name, email address or phone number, and sign-in identifiers).
Favorites synced to your account.
Price alerts and alert history.
Notification registrations for your devices.
Sign-in sessions. You are signed out on all devices.

If you signed in with Apple, we also ask Apple to revoke Arzbin's access. If that cannot be done automatically, the receipt explains how to remove Arzbin in your Apple Account settings.

What is kept

A deletion receipt, so you can check the status of your request.
Routine security and server logs, which are kept only as long as needed for security and are not linked to a usable account.
Backups, which are replaced on a regular rotation. Deleted data is not restored after a backup is recovered.
Records we must keep by law, such as financial records for business purchases.

Accounts that belong to a business or have administrator access go through a record-retention review before they are fully deleted. The receipt shows when a review is pending. You do not need to contact us again.

How long it takes

Deletion runs in the background after you confirm it. Access is closed straight away. The receipt shows the status: requested, review pending, or completed.

Delete some data without deleting your account

In the app, you can remove individual favorites and price alerts at any time without deleting the account.
